What primary photographic style do you identify with?

Contemporary, Photojournalism, Portraiture.

What do your packages include?

Digital Files, High Resolution Images, Prints.

Do you offer special techniques such as hand-coloring or toning?

Each image is professionally edited and color corrected to provide a clean, modern and editorial look.

Is your media preference film or digital?

Digital .

How many images do you take on the day of the event?

We do not limit on the number of images we capture, it all depends on how the day of the event flows.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

Yes, we are a husband-and-wife team and always shoot together.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

No, we only shoot one wedding a day to provide the utmost attention to each client.  For family and children portrait sessions, we can book one session in the morning and one session in the late afternoon.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

Yes, we have a network of photographers that can cover each event in case of an emergency.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Three Canon pro camera bodies, 7 Canon pro “L” lenses, extra batteries, extra memory cards, 3 Canon flashes, 1 video light, Pocket Wizard remote triggers.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Yes, always!

Do you charge hourly or full day?

All of our wedding collections are full-day. For additional time, we do charge an hourly rate.

Are you available to shoot extra hours?

Yes, of course.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We shoot all day straight. For weddings of 6 hours and longer, we do require that the client provide a meal for the photographers.

Do you charge for travel?

Outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, there will be a travel fee depending on the final destination.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Between 4 to 6 weeks for a wedding and between 2 to 3 weeks for a portrait session.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

All wedding collection include 4 x 6 prints as well as a digital online viewing gallery.

How long can the client keep the proofs?


Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, all photographers retain the copyright of the photos; however, we provide print rights for clients.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes, a model release is part of the wedding agreement; however we can make necessary adjustments and modifications should client prefer to keep their photos private.

Do you provide the digital files to the client?


Will images be available for viewing online?

Yes, absolutely! About 4 to 6 weeks after the wedding, we will provide a link to clients to access a password protected online viewing gallery to share with families and friends. They can also order prints directly from the site.

What kind of albums do you offer?

We offer a duo album with both matted images as well as flush mount style. We also have single matted albums, single leather flush mount albums and coffee table books.

When will the client get the final album?

Clients can choose to select their own photos or the photographers can select them to be printed for the album. Then our in-house album designer will create the layout of the album. Once clients approve, it will take up to 12 weeks for the clients to receive the final album.
